Guidelines to stay fresh at office times

The same daily routine exhausts the body as well as the mind, especially in office workers who spend eight hours or more constantly in a chair and a table.  Some people have fatigue in the afternoon and some in the evening. This is the time when your brain stops working and wants to be calm for a while. Sometimes it happens when  If you do any standing work after sitting continuously, your legs get tired and your energy level starts coming down.

It is not okay to ignore nervous exhaustion over and over again. If you feel tired or lethargic during work, it is better to take a walk or rest for a while instead of forcing yourself to do so.  You will be able to reduce the effects of fatigue, but for what you need to revise your daily routine.

Leave all work for a while and calmly think about what you eat, when you sleep and how you sit.  How many hours a day do you work and how much time do you take to relax?

Make small adjustments to these routines so that you can increase the amount and quality of your energy during office hours.

Here are some simple rules that can help you maintain your energy.

  • Science has shown that breakfast is one of the most important foods of the day. A healthy breakfast boosts your energy levels. Determining quantity and quality is also very important. A full breakfast does not mean eating spicy and fatty foods. Not only breakfast but every meal eaten throughout the day should be nutritious. Breakfast cereals, fruits, eggs, cheese and milk are nutritious and complete. They provide the body with essential proteins, fats, starches, vitamins and minerals.

  •   Lunch brings laziness and fatigue in nature and in such cases, eating on a full stomach does not allow you to work during office hours, especially in the afternoon, to avoid heaviness, give preference to light food.
  •   If you feel hungry at work, eat popcorn, corn or fruit instead of chips, samosas and chocolate.
  •   Have a small indoor plant near your desk or seating area. Observations have shown that plants have a profound and positive effect on the environment and humans. The oxygen they emit is a boon to humans.  Side effects are also reduced.
  • Also pay attention to your workspace. Keep your desk or desk clean. Handle all important papers and files and keep them in drawers. Arrange file folders, pen holders and other daily use items on the table.  If it is placed on the desk, take care of its regular cleaning.
  •  Make sure the lighting in the office is appropriate.
  •  Absence of natural light and sitting in the same position for a long time makes the nerves tired. Nature becomes cumbersome, which increases the pressure on the brain and distracts from work.
  •  The simple solution is to take a three to five minute break every 45 to 50 minutes and take a short walk or eat something! Remember! You can't solve these problems unless you take the time to do it yourself.

  •  Especially people who use computers a lot in the nature of their work are in dire need of such small breaks. Be sure to drink water in them and refresh your mind by having light conversations with your other colleagues.
  • In these intervals, it is better to do this exercise, relax and sit down, put your head on the back of the chair for a while and close your eyes and take deep breaths. This exercise activates the blood circulation in your body and relieves stress from the brain

  •  We all know that there comes a time in the day when a person's energy increases and he is more active and energetic than the rest of the day.Take a look at yourself and see what time of day you are most calm.Do your important work only when you feel at ease.

  •  Some working people are unaware of their health. They often neglect to drink water. It is very important to drink at least eight glasses of water a day to maintain the energy of the mind and body.  An unbalanced amount of water can have a negative effect on the brain and thus affect its ability to function.
  •  Drink green tea instead of coffee or tea in office hours. Caffeine in tea, coffee or cola drinks slows down the nerves, affecting physical and mental functioning.
  •  One of the main causes of fatigue during office hours is lack of sleep. Get in the habit of going to bed early so that you can get up early in the morning.
